Application form for a grant for a School, Church, or other organisation

The Ekins Trustees can provide grants in approved cases to schools, churches or other organisations to support education or wellbeing, having regard to the promotion of education in its widest sense, but in accordance with the principles of the Church of England.

Purposes of the grant can be quite varied in respect of costs to be incurred, but the Trustees will expect to see a coherent project or activity to be funded which can be allied to Christian principles.

The children or young people who benefit must be under the age of 25 years (and in special circumstances to those under the age of 30 years), and resident in the Borough of Northampton or the Parish of Great Doddington. Preference is given to schools, churches and organisations serving the ecclesiastical parishes of Weston Favell. Abington and/or Emmanuel, Northampton. The Trustees meet quarterly to consider applications.

Please complete this form as fully as possible to assist the trustees in considering the application. The information is only used for the purposes of considering the application and is confidential to the trustees.

Applications must be signed by the applicant and should be returned to Damian Pickard, the Clerk to the Trustees, by e-mail to dpickard@virginmedia.com or post to St Peters Church Hall, High St Weston Favell, Northampton NN3 3JX. Please fill in the form below or register interest in a grant here.
